The greatest tool in the fight against inequality is education. At Sequal, we’re passionate about giving more to the future and believe that every young person deserves access to quality learning experiences to unlock their purpose and full potential.
Last week, during the week of Matariki, we had the privilege of partnering with STEAM Ed to bring innovative STEAM (science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics) Workshops to schools across the Bay of Plenty.
The theme “Ka Mua, Ka Muri” (meaning “walking backwards into the future”) resonated, as we witnessed students embracing traditional knowledge and cutting-edge technology to shape their futures.
The workshops reinforce STEAM Ed’s dedication to empowering students through hands-on learning experiences. From coding and robotics to art and design, the students’ creativity and curiosity was pretty awesome to see firsthand! We saw how their passion for education and community development is inspiring the next generation of innovators and leaders and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support their epic work in schools.
Through their tireless efforts, STEAM Ed is equipping the next generation with the skills, creativity, and critical thinking needed to succeed. Their commitment to education for all is inspiring, and we have no doubt that their impact will be felt for years to come.
