“Resilience focuses on the journey ahead, not dwelling on the past” – a quote so true for a member of our team whom we’ve just celebrated a 10-year milestone with. Glen Hohepa clocked up 10 years at Sequal last week. Over that time, he has completed stints in both the green mill and dry shed where he has overcome his fair share of challenges however with his ‘never quit’ attitude, he’s here (always with a cheeky smile) to tell the tale.
According to his peers “Glen is reliable, he’s quick to own up to his errors, always ready to have a laugh and he looks out for others – all things that make him a solid fit in the team. Glen is flexible and will do whatever is needed – even moving onto different shifts, or doing shifts in other departments – if that is what is required to make sure that we hit our goals”.
It was great to come together and recognise the contribution that Glen has made over the past 10 years… now onto the next!
