It is our people who help us give more<\/em> to our customers, give more<\/em> to the community and give more<\/em> to our suppliers, in the way they represent Sequal every day. This is why we have partnered with Dale Carnegie to grow our leadership pillar of development.<\/p>\n The Dale Carnegie course strives to strengthen participant\u2019s interpersonal relationships, how they manage stress and how they handle a fast-changing workplace. The course endeavours to build persuasive communication skills amongst people, promote problem-solving and build leadership skills, whilst fostering enthusiasm and confidence.<\/p>\n Over the past month our Sales Manager, Stu Hazeldine, and Production Planner, Alby Rangitakatu, have been attending the course and, although it took them out of their comfort zone, they said they had learnt some really valuable skills. We\u2019re really proud to have them on our team and are eager to see their newly learned skills in action.
